JW-HD132N-640W Solar Panel

Jolywood JW-HD132N-R2 640W is a high-efficiency bifacial solar module from the JW Plus series, based on n-type technology. The model has a rated power of 640 W, an efficiency of 23.7%, and a positive power tolerance of 0…+3%.

The panel is made in Bifacial Dual-Glass design, allowing electricity to be generated from both the front and back sides. The official bifacial coefficient is 80% with a tolerance of +/- 5%. Additional generation on the backside depends on installation conditions and lighting.

The module uses J-TOPCon New technology. The manufacturer notes reduced LID and LeTID degradation, the use of non-destructive cutting technology to reduce the risk of microcracks, increased hotspot resistance, and efficient operation in low light conditions. The maximum power temperature coefficient is −0.280%/°C.

The design includes 132 photovoltaic cells, double heat-strengthened glass 2.0 + 2.0 mm, anodized aluminum alloy frame and an IP68 junction box with three diodes. Module dimensions are 2382 x 1134 x 30 mmweight — 32.6 kg.
