What to expect from the X1-Carbon Combo 3D printer?
CoreXY kinematics with an acceleration of 20000 mm/s², multi-color printing up to 16 colors, double automatic table alignment, lidar with separation with a capacity of 7 μm.
Artificial intelligence system for detecting "spaghetti" and checking the first layer.

Advanced materials expand the capabilities of advanced projects
Bambu Lab X1 Carbon, equipped with additional cooling, a hardened nozzle and a carbonized drive, opens up a wider choice of materials, including polyamide, polycarbonate, PET and TPU, and specializes in polymer materials reinforced with carbon fiber and glass fiber.

Colors and more
Thanks to Bambu Lab's automated material system (AMS), you can now print freely with different colors and materials. Each AMS device supports up to 4 colors. Purchase additional AMS modules to get more colors.

Vibration Compensation and Extrusion Compensation
Algorithm of active vibration compensation (XY) and extrusion compensation guarantee additional smoothness and print quality.

The printer that changed the world
Meet a real revolution in the world of custom 3D printers! This device will completely change the way you think about 3D printing. This process has never been so simple, convenient and technological. At the origins of the companyBambu Lab stand engineers from the world-famous drone manufacturer DJI, who applied all their experience and advanced developments in the field of aircraft to the development of this printer. After two years of development and hundreds of intermediate prototypes, the team of professionals Bambu Lab team presented a real hit that set a new level of practicality and manufacturability that even such giants asCreality still cannot reach. printing on raw software. Bambu Lab 3D printers are distinguished by a balanced and stable mechanism, electronics and firmware that is regularly updated and improved.

What is it like? nice?
The printer is built on the time-tested and excellently recommended CoreXY kinematics, which minimizes the risk of beam skewing under high loads and speeds. Also, thanks to the powerful stepping motors, layers do not shift during sharp jerks. Thanks to the lightweight extruder and the Y-axis carbon beam, the normal default printing speed is 200mm/s with an acceleration of 20000mm/s, and the maximum speed reaches 500mm/s!
The frame is made of stamped steel and welded into a single stable structure. Body panels made of aircraft aluminum give a stylish and modern look. The top cover and front door are made of glass. What could be better than a combination of glass and aluminum? Tactile sensations immediately indicate that you have a high-quality, expensive and technological thing in front of you. A large color touchscreen with an adjustable tilt angle and an intuitive interface located on top allows you to easily control the printing process and maintenance of the printer.
This is the first printer in the X1 line, which the developers conceived to achieve the following goals:
- Easy 3D printing of overhanging parts without the use of extra supports.
- Easy removal of supports from ready-made products.
- 24/7 3D printing without the need for supervision.
- The most simple and convenient color 3D printing process.
- Creation of solid parts from composite materials, for example carbon-filled PA-CF.
Bambulab X1 Carbon is equipped with numerous sensors that not only automate all calibration procedures that have to be performed manually on other printers, but also monitor the printing process. The system based on artificial intelligence AI will stop printing and issue a warning on the screen, in the mobile application and the slicer on the PC if something goes wrong (for example, when the part is detached from the table) to avoid damage to the mechanics.
One of the main features is the ability to connect the automatic filament change system AMS, which allows not only to create multi-color prints, but and greatly facilitates the operator's work by eliminating the need to manually change types of plastic depending on the current task. It is also possible to continue printing from the next coil, if the current one has ended, without stopping the printing process. This is convenient if you have a lot of unprinted rolls and you don't have to go to the printer every half an hour. (The AMS block is not included in the X1C package, but it can be purchased separately. See the parts and accessories section or choose the X1C Combo package.)
Maximum quick start
The printer allows you to get a perfect print in just 15 minutes, within in which all the necessary calibrations of resonance vibration suppression systems, heating table alignment and other parameters will be carried out.

Innovative direct Bambu Lab extruder
Thanks to the fact that the motor is located directly on the extruder, the shortest thread recoils during movement, as well as more accurate and consistent extrusion of the molten plastic mass, are achieved. It is possible to print with a flexible TPU thread with a hardness of 95 according to the Shore A scale.

Automatic alignment system table Dual ABL
One of the main problems of 3D printing is solved in Bambu Lab printers – stability of the height of the first layer. Thanks to the double leveling and calibration system, you will always get a perfect and stable first layer. None of the custom 3D printers on the market can boast such a clean table alignment system.

Convenient and functional software
The manufacturer carefully processed not only the hardware part, but also the software part. Printer firmware updates are released regularly – 1-2 times a month, new features and improvements are added. The signature slicerBambu Studio is so convenient and well-thought-out that you will never want to switch to any other, because it has all the necessary functions of model preparation, sending to print via Wi-Fi, management and control of the printing process. We also recommend trying the unofficial version of the Bambu slicer, calledORCA slicer. It allows you to perform useful flow calibrations, rollbacks and other printer parameters.

Advanced technologies of this model:
- All-metal Hotend. Made from durable materials to support high-temperature 3D printing, including ABS and carbon-filled filaments. Accurate and smooth extrusion is ensured to achieve high-quality printing.
- Thread end sensor. Eliminates the problem of empty spools when printing. Replace the filament when it runs out and resume printing.
- Power Loss Recovery. Will resume printing from where it was stopped.
- Semi-automatic belt tension. Belt tension is important to ensure dimensional accuracy and print head positioning. Resonant frequency identification is performed every time to maintain correct tension.
- Fans with feedback. A speed feedback sensor monitors the fan, ensuring that it will always run at a set speed, which positively affects the stability and repeatability of prints.
- Video and timelapses. The X1C is equipped with a built-in webcam that allows you to monitor the printing process via a PC or mobile app.
- Enhancements and improvements available. Upgrade your Bambu Lab X1C 3D printer with additional parts and components to make it even better. Buy the main electronic components from the official store and print the other parts for self-installation.
