Autopilot Cube Purple is designed for ground vehicles, such as a vehicle, a car or a Mars rover. Based on the main module Cube Black, purple has a richly smaller platform for add-ons, so sensor redundancy is not required.

All Cube models come with a wide variety of bearings, allowing crafters to choose a standard board design that best suits their needs. System developers can integrate Cube directly into their projects with the additional published specifications of the carrier board.

The entire flood bath unit (FMU) and inertial bath unit (IMU) are housed in a remarkably small form factor (cube). All inputs and outputs pass through the 80-pin DF17, which allows developers of commercial systems to create plugins.
