The propellers of the XAG P100 Pro model have been modernized and increased to 1.27 m. In addition, the power of the engines has been increased — the payload reaches 50 kg.

The dimensions of the agrodrone in the folded state are reduced by almost 62%, which facilitates loading and transportation.

Increased capacities

The volume of a smart tank for liquid solutions is 50 l, for loose materials – 80 l.

XAG RevoSpray 3 spraying system

The volume of the tank has been increased to 50 l, which allows you to process even larger areas in a shorter time with a working width of 5-10 m.

The new generation of smart tanks The XAG is equipped with a non-contact liquid level sensor that detects the level of residual liquid in real time, thus protecting against pesticide corrosion.

Atomizers acting as nozzles never clog and are suitable for a variety of chemicals, from oil-based solutions, suspensions to soluble powders.

Advanced more durable double peristaltic pump with flow rates from 1 to 22 l/min ensures maximum spraying efficiency.

Thus, the productivity of the XAG P100 Pro agrodrone during spraying is 28 ha/h.

For fast spraying and to prevent drift, you can choose a large droplet size, for the most accurate work in favorable weather conditions — mode of small and delicate drops. Size range available: 60-400 µm.

XAG RevoCast 3 fertilizer distribution system

Container capacity is 80 l. Spreading width — 3-7 m.

The improved smart spiral dispenser allows you to distribute a full container of fertilizer in just 20 seconds. The larger two-sided distribution hole allows simultaneous feeding of fertilizer or seed from both sides, saving time and effort. Thus, the total spreading speed reaches 150 kg/min, and the productivity of the XAG P100 Pro agricultural drone during spreading is 1300 kg/h.

Smart auger dispensers are suitable for various granules: from rapeseed, rice seed, urea to combined mineral fertilizers. The size of the compatible granules is 1-6 mm.

The auger should be removed and washed after use to avoid fertilizer caking and extend the service life.

In the event of possible clogging, the auger motor will work at full power to break up the fertilizer lumps and ensure even distribution.

Stainless steel construction is more durable and reduces the risk of clogging.

High accuracy of spreading

Vertical centered sowing discs provide high downward acceleration as well as resistance to strong winds. The distribution width is adjusted according to the flight height, which ensures an even distribution without gaps and overlaps.

Regulation of application rate, uniformity and reliability

The intelligent auger automatically adjusts the discharge speed according to the flight speed, which ensures a more even distribution of fertilizers.

Real-time volume measurement

The smart container is equipped with a non-contact volume sensor to determine the level of remaining granules in real time. Resistant to corrosion and adhesion, more accurate and reliable. Prevents idling and skips of the auger dispenser.

In case of an unforeseen situation, you can turn on the manual mode using the remote control: stop or turn the drone.
