Walksnail WS-M181 GPS is a compact and lightweight GPS module, ideal for FPV and quadcopters. It runs on the u-blox M10 platform (UBX-M10050 GNSS chipset) and is equipped with a built-in IST8310 (MAG) compass, providing fast and stable positioning with increased accuracy. The ultra-thin ceramic antenna with a special coating (oil spraying) prevents oxidation and scratches, maintaining stable performance. The module supports six positioning modes (by default GPS + GLONASS + BDS in multi-mode) and is capable of working with up to 32 satellites, providing flexible and reliable navigation capabilities.
Note:
Since the GPS chip is a new 10th generation chip, the flight controller requires firmware Betaflight 4.3.0 and higher. The firmware below 4.29 uses the NMEA protocol.
